Any restrictions to participate?

Age: Children must be at least 6 years old to ride and at least 18 years old to drive the jet ski. All those unable to drive must ride with a licensed driver.
Health limitations: No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
Physical limitations: Pregnant women cannot participate.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children must be at least 6 years old to ride on the jet ski.
Pets: Sorry, all pets must stay home!
Individuals with disabilities: This experience is not recommended.
Language: All participants must be able to speak and understand English in order to receive proper safety instructions

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1H30
What’s included:
- 27 mile guided tour around Key West
- Brand new and meticulously maintained Yamaha jet ski
Who will be present: Your tour guide and up to 4 other jet skis.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: You are encouraged to take photos of your experience!
Specific rules to follow: Guests cannot participate if under the influence of alcohol, pregnant, or unable to understand and speak English. Participants are responsible for any damage incurred during the tour at a rate of $100 per inch of repair.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather your guide will contact you regarding a cancellation. If you have any questions regarding weather, please call your experience provider directly.
Arrival: Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your start time to board the boat. If driving from Miami, please allow yourself a minimum of 5 hours. Please keep in mind there is one road in and out.
Parking: There is no parking at the meeting location but you may unload passengers in front of the office and proceed to the lot on Greene Street. The most convenient city parking lot is at Margaret and Caroline Street with pay machines located in the center of the lot. Also, there are parking spots on Caroline or Elizabeth Streets with pay machines.
What to wear: It is easiest to wear your swimsuit to the tour, as there aren’t any changing facilities at the office.
What to bring:
- A towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, swim suit, and love of adventure.
- Valid, government issued photo ID (photocopies are not accepted)
- Gratuity for the crew is customary and greatly appreciated. A suggested amount is $25-$35 per person.
Participation Requirements: Anyone 18 years old and born after January 1, 1988 is required to take the Florida Safe Boaters Tests prior to your check in. Test may be completed here:
- Florida boating license
- Official Boat License Course & Online Boating Safety Exam

Restrooms/Showers/Lockers:
- There are no bathrooms at the check in office, but there are public restrooms conveniently located nearby at the marina.
- There are no lockers or storage facilities at the check in office. Participants are advised to leave all extra items and bags in their car.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
