Experience level: Suitable for all experience levels; no prior tubing experience necessary.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the boat for safety reasons.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: The total duration is 1 hour, including preparation and time on the water.
What’s included: Includes a guided tubing experience with all necessary safety equipment provided, such as life jackets.
Who will be present: A trained and experienced guide will operate the boat and ensure everyone's safety throughout the experience.
Photo/video: You are welcome to bring waterproof cameras or phones to capture the excitement.
Specific rules to follow: Follow the captain's instructions at all times to ensure safety.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled in case of poor weather conditions.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and receive safety instructions.
Parking: Parking available at the marina; please check for any parking fees or restrictions.
What to wear: Swimwear recommended; also bring sunscreen and sunglasses for protection.
What to bring:
- Towels and a change of clothes for after the activity.
- A small amount of cash for the captain's tip is customary.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms and changing facilities are available at the marina.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 1 week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 1 week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
