• Age: Participants must be 18 years or older for the Flyboarding activity; all other activities are suitable for all ages.
• Health limitations: Not suitable for individuals with back problems, pregnant women, or anyone with serious medical conditions.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to swim and handle moderate physical activity.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome; no previous experience is required for any of the activities.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children under 18 can participate in tubing, swimming, kayaking, and the boat tour but must be accompanied by an adult.
• Individuals with disabilities: Please contact us in advance for specific needs and accommodations.
• Dietary restrictions: BYOB and soft drinks are provided; inform us of any dietary preferences or restrictions.
• Languages: English; other languages may be available upon request.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed on the boat.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 3 hours, may vary slightly based on group size and participation.
• What’s included: Guided activities including Flyboarding, Tubing, Boat Tour, and Kayaking. Floating mats and swimming opportunities also available. Soft drinks provided, and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages (BYOB).
• Who will be present: Experienced instructors and guides will be present for each activity, ensuring safety and providing instruction.
• Photo/video: Guests are encouraged to bring waterproof cameras or phone cases to capture the fun.
• Specific rules to follow: Alcohol consumption is permitted responsibly for those of legal drinking age; safety instructions must be followed at all times.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Activities are weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of poor conditions.
• Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure to allow time for check-in and safety briefings.
• Parking: Free parking available at the meeting site.
• What to wear: Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and swimwear. Water shoes are recommended.
• What to bring:
  • Sunscreen, towels, and any additional snacks or drinks.
  • A valid ID for participants planning to consume alcohol.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available at the starting point; however, there are no lockers. Keep valuables secure or leave them at home.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 1 week before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 1 week in advance means losing the value of your experience.
