• Children: This is not an experience for children.
• Languages: English-speaking instructor provided.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 3 hours. Experience may go slightly longer based on participant engagement.
• What’s included:
  • Boat ride aboard 'FINS UP'
  • Mermaid instruction and tail rental are not included in price
• Who will be present: You will have a seasoned instructor with you at all times. The boat accommodates up to 6 guests.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos. A professional photo package is available for purchase.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the instructor's guidance for safety, especially in the water.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience is weather-dependent, and locations may vary based on conditions.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance.
• Parking: Parking can be difficult to find during peak hours, especially on weekends. Rideshare is recommended.
• What to wear: Swimsuit (come ready to swim), sunscreen, hat, sunglasses.
• What to bring:
  • Mask & snorkel (available for rent)
  • Monofin and/or mermaid tail (available for rent)
  • Skin protection (wetsuit, rashguard, U/V blocking t-shirt)
  • Towel
  • Dry clothes
  • Water (preferably not in single-use plastic)
  • Gratuity for your instructor
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms available, but there will be bathroom breaks.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Ensure all participants have completed the online waiver before the experience.
• Meeting location may vary depending on weather conditions. Confirm with the instructor before arrival.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
