After purchase, you can request your preferred dates and times by following the instructions in the email you receive. If it's a gift, the recipient will also get an email with booking instructions.

Age: All ages welcome.
Physical limitations: Need to be able to walk approximately 1 mile.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included. Participants under 18 years old, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pets: Sorry, your furry friends must stay at home.
Individuals with disabilities: The tour is wheelchair accessible and service animals are welcome. If anyone in your group will be using a wheelchair please let your guide know at the time of booking.
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options are available, but not vegan or gluten-free. If you have any dietary restrictions please make note at the time of booking.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 Hours
What’s included:
- Professional tour guide
- All the food on the tour (approximately half a sandwich at each destination)
Who will be present: Your guide and the members in your private group.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time.
Parking: There is ample parking available at the meeting location.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes for the weather.
What to bring:
- Camera
- Water bottle
- Identification
- Umbrella for rainy days
Gratuity: Gratuity for your guide is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour. $10 per person is recommended.
Restrooms: Restrooms are available at most of the tour stops.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 7 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 7 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
