Age: 18+ to participate & 21+ to consume alcohol
Health limitations: Not recommended for individuals with conditions that may be aggravated by boating (consult a physician if uncertain).
Physical limitations: Participants should be comfortable boarding a yacht via dock access. Crew can assist if needed.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under 18 years old are not permitted.
Individuals with disabilities: Limited accessibility for wheelchairs due to vessel design. Service animals are permitted. Contact ahead of time for accommodations.
Dietary restrictions: Guests may bring their own food to suit dietary needs. Some charters may arrange catering upon request.
Languages: English-speaking crew.
Pets: Service animals are welcome, pets are not.

Duration: Approximately 2 hours, though private charters may be extended for an additional fee.

Complimentary bottled water and light beverages
Ice and coolers provided
Who will be present: A licensed captain and crew will be on board at all times.
Spectators: No outside spectators allowed; only reserved guests may board.
Photo/Video: Guests may take unlimited personal photos and videos. Some charters offer professional photography packages for an additional fee.
Specific rules to follow: Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Guests must follow crew instructions for safety at all times.

Weather dependency: Rain or shine. In cases of unsafe conditions (severe storms or high winds), the trip may be rescheduled or refunded.

Parking: Paid parking available at nearby garages (Chelsea Piers and adjacent lots). Ride-share or taxi drop-off is recommended.
What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothing and soft-soled shoes. Bring an extra layer in cooler weather.

Food, snacks, or alcoholic beverages (BYOB allowed; no red wine or staining drinks)
