This is dinner out, without leaving the house. A private chef travels to your home in Scottsdale, Arizona and takes care of everything — the ingredients, the cooking, the service, and the clean-up — while you and your guests relax and enjoy a beautifully crafted five-course Italian meal. The menu puts a refined, plant-forward spin on classic Italian cuisine, opening with a contemporary Caesar salad made with crispy chickpeas and a cashew cream dressing, followed by a creamy Tuscan soup with kale, white beans, and polenta croutons. The rollatini trio brings together eggplant, zucchini, and broccoli rabe with sun-dried tomato and ricotta, before the main event: fresh pasta in your choice of Pappardelle, Farfalle, Linguini, or Gnocchi. Dessert is your pick of Nutella zeppole or St. Joseph's pastry.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the meal and can request pairing recommendations from the chef at the time of booking. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted in advance.
