Age: Not suitable for children under 4 years of age without prior approval. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Physical limitations: Participants must be able to board the speedboat without assistance.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 60 minutes.
What’s included: A speedboat ride covering over 40 sights around the local waterways, with a narrated tour in English.
Who will be present: A captain will be with you at all times; other guests may be joining, with a maximum of 12 participants on the boat.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos; photos are encouraged.
Specific rules to follow: Flat shoes only; no high heels; no smoking or vaping.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The experience is dependent on weather conditions. In case of unsafe weather, the tour may be canceled with notice.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance. It is the participant's responsibility to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened experience.
What to wear: Sunglasses recommended for wind protection; regular street clothes are fine, but a light jacket is recommended during summer. Dress warmly with a hat, gloves, and warm shoes in March, April, October, and November.
What to bring: Valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking; personal belongings should be minimized as space is limited.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms, lockers, or changing rooms available on the boat.

Tours run with a 4-passenger minimum; contact the provider to check boat loads if needed. Ensure the reservation name matches the name on the credit card for legal authorization.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
