What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Around 1 Hour, but the duration will depend on the route chosen and can be discussed with the captain on the day.
• What’s included: Private charter with a captain and fuel included. The route can be customized based on preference.
• Who will be present: A captain will be with you at all times; the experience is private, so only your group will be on the boat.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos; photos are encouraged.
• Specific rules to follow: Flat shoes only; no high heels; no smoking or vaping.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The experience is dependent on weather conditions. In case of unsafe weather, the tour may be canceled with notice.
• Arrival: It is the participant's responsibility to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened experience.
• What to wear: Sunglasses recommended for wind protection; regular street clothes are fine, but a light jacket is recommended during summer. Dress warmly with a hat, gloves, and warm shoes in March, April, October, and November.
• What to bring: Valid photo ID and the credit card used for booking; personal belongings should be minimized as space is limited.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No restrooms, lockers, or changing rooms available on the boat.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Boats must return to the dock at the scheduled time regardless of any delays. Ensure the billing name matches the name on the credit card for legal authorization.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
