• Dietary restrictions: This option does not include food. For those upgrading to a meal package, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan recommendations are available, but separate meals cannot be prepared.
• Pets: Only service animals are allowed.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Cruises operate rain or shine. In cases of severe weather or river closures, a dockside event may be arranged.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before boarding.
  • Morning Cruise: Boarding at 11:00 AM, departs 11:30 AM.
  • Afternoon Cruise: Boarding at 2:00 PM, departs 2:30 PM.
  • Cruises leave promptly at their scheduled time.
• Parking: Parking is not included. Public and private lots are nearby.
• What to wear: Dressy casual attire is recommended, though guests may dress up further. Comfortable footwear suggested.
• What to bring:
  • QR code or ticket for scanning at boarding
  • Weather-appropriate items such as sunscreen, hat, or light jacket
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available onboard; no lockers or changing rooms provided.

• Decks may be closed to the public for private functions on some days.
• The New Orleans Steamboat Company reserves the right to substitute a similar vessel if needed.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
