Who can you accommodate for?

  • Dietary restrictions: This class is vegetarian friendly, dairy free, egg free, fish free and nut free.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2 hours.
  • What’s included: All equipment and ingredients are included. Drinks are available for purchase.
  • Who will be present: You will have a master chef teaching you, as well as additional class participants. Minimum 8 participants and maximum 24 participants. Please note the class can be canceled if the minimum participant requirement is not met.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must participate.
  • Photo/ video: You are welcome to take your own photos and videos during the class.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
  • Parking: The hotel is offering a special self parking rate of $5 + taxes (subject to change) for guests who are taking this class.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are bathrooms available.

Get hands-on in our cooking class with our skilled Chef Instructor, as you learn to create traditional dumpling dough from scratch. Discover the art of crafting three delectable fillings – ginger chicken pot stickers, shiitake dumplings, and shrimp shumai – and master various folding techniques showcased by the chef. Witness the magic of both steaming and pan-frying the dumplings, empowering you to recreate the culinary experience in your own kitchen.
No prior experience required! We supply all the equipment and ingredients, readily available at local markets if not already in your home kitchen.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee. A minimum of 8 participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, the provider reserves the right to cancel the class and will make every effort to reschedule customers.
