Fall arrives on a cookie tray in this two-hour decorating workshop in New York, NY. Each guest receives five freshly baked sugar cookies in seasonal shapes, a pumpkin, pumpkin pie slice, maple leaf, acorn, and apple, then dives into royal icing techniques like outlining, flooding, layering, and adding fine decorative details, all under the eye of an experienced pastry chef.

Nobody needs prior decorating experience to enjoy this one; every tool and ingredient is provided, so the only job is bringing creativity. Guests wrap up the session with a beautifully finished box of autumn cookies and a new set of piping skills to bring out again at the next holiday gathering.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: This class is approximately 2 hours long.

• Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (from 8 to 26 people).
• Spectators: Everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
• Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

• What to wear: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.
• What to bring: Government issued photo ID if you'd like to purchase alcohol at the onsite bar. Outside drinks are not allowed.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms at the experience location.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
