In this 2.5-hour hands-on class at a New York City studio kitchen in the East Village, you'll learn to prepare three beloved French dessert classics under the guidance of an experienced chef. Each student works at their own station, getting up-close instruction on technique for all three recipes, from the gentle whipping of mousse to the satisfying crack of a brûléed sugar crust.

No pastry background is needed to enjoy this class. All skill levels are welcome, and everything is provided. Just show up ready to cook, taste, and take your creations home.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • What's included: All ingredients, equipment, and chef instruction. Participants take their finished desserts home
  • Who will be present: A chef instructor guides the class; students work in groups of up to 4 per station
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation
