DreamWorks Water Park at American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ is North America's largest indoor water park, bringing summer fun indoors all year long. More than 40 rides and record-breaking slides fill the park, including the world's tallest indoor drop slide and one of the world's longest hydromagnetic water coasters, and guests can even learn to surf in the world's largest indoor wave pool.

Little ones will love Gabby's Dollhouse: Kitty Splash Garden, a whole world of watery fun filled with dancing fountains, swings, slides, and sprays, all based on the hit TV series. With private waterside cabanas and plenty of dining and drink options, it's the perfect way to get away for a day.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Age: All ages are welcome. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older from 4PM until close.
• Height: Each attraction has its own age and height requirements, posted at the entry to the queue line.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities:
  • American Dream is ADA accessible, with wheelchair-friendly routes, elevators, ramps, and accessible restrooms throughout the complex
  • Wheelchair ($10) and ECV ($40) rentals are available at Guest Services A, Guest Services C, and the Nickelodeon Universe ticket counter
  • Several attractions at American Dream are designated Certified Autism Centers by IBCCES, with staff specially trained to assist guests with sensory sensitivities
  • Individual rides and attractions may have their own safety or transfer requirements
  • Guest Services can share more information on accessible services at the water park
• Pets: Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Trained service animals are welcome but must remain leashed or harnessed and under the handler's control at all times, and some rides or attractions may have safety restrictions.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• What's included: One-day admission to DreamWorks Water Park with unlimited access to all water park attractions.
• Who will be present: Other guests will be enjoying the slides and pools at the same time. Children under 14 must stay with their supervising companion.
• Photo/video: Photos and video are welcome for personal use; recording devices are not permitted on slides or attractions, in pools, or in changing areas.
• Specific rules to follow:
  • Proper swim attire (a one or two piece swimsuit) is required; pants, denim, wetsuits, thong swimsuits, and transparent clothing are not permitted
  • Swimwear with metal buttons, buckles, rivets, zippers, or sharp objects is not permitted on slides or attractions
  • Outside footwear such as sneakers and boots is not permitted; flip flops, sandals, and water socks are fine, but most attractions require footwear to be removed
  • No loose articles (jewelry, phones, glasses, etc.) are allowed on any attraction
  • Personal life jackets must be US Coast Guard approved; water wings and personal water tubes are not permitted
  • No outside food or beverages, except baby food, formula, and food for special dietary needs; one non-glass water bottle per person is allowed
  • Bags are subject to search, and glass containers, selfie sticks, face-covering masks, and weapons or toy weapons are not permitted
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted
  • Re-entry is allowed

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience, with a warm tropical temperature all year long.
• Arrival: No reservation time is needed. Hours vary by day, so review the ticket confirmation to plan the visit.
• Parking:
  • American Dream has more than 12,000 parking spaces
  • The first 15 minutes are free, then parking is $6 per vehicle for the duration of the visit
  • Event rates apply to vehicles parked during select MetLife Stadium events
• What to wear: Swim attire, plus flip flops, sandals, or water socks for walking around the park
• What to bring:
  • A towel (towels are also available to buy at the water park shop)
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms:
  • Restrooms, family restrooms, and baby changing stations are available on site
  • Changing facilities and lockers are available inside the water park, and storage lockers are also available for a fee at Guest Services A (Level 1), Deck B, and Deck C

• DreamWorks Water Park is located inside American Dream, 1 American Dream Way, East Rutherford, NJ 07073.
• Private cabanas, daybeds, Skybox Suites, and Turbo Pass line skipping are available for purchase separately.
• Quick bites like pizza, burgers, and ice cream are available for purchase inside the park.
• A First Aid location is inside the park, and any team member can help.
• American Dream owned attractions are cashless. Cash-to-Card kiosks are available at Guest Services in A Court, Level 1, and next to the Nickelodeon Universe retail store.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for any other experience in our marketplace, free of charge, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, including unused tickets after the intended day of visit. You can reschedule up until 11:59pm EST on your original booking date, subject to availability. Rescheduling costs a minimum of $5 per ticket, plus any difference in ticket price for the new date. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. Requests made after 11:59pm EST on the original date are at American Dream's discretion and subject to an extra fee, and no-shows mean losing the value of your experience.
