• Who will be present:
  • A professional host will guide the game show and explain each challenge.
  • If your group doesn’t fill the room, other contestants may join for an epic showdown. If no one else books that time, we’ll split your crew into teams for a head-to-head battle.
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all participants must have a reservation to enter the game show studios.
• Photo/ video: Photos are typically encouraged before or after gameplay. Filming during certain games may be restricted to ensure fair play.
• Specific rules to follow: Participants must follow the host’s instructions, remain with their assigned team, and respect equipment and studio rules.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to check in and receive instructions before the show begins.
• Parking: Parking is free all across the American Dream mall! We are located on the third floor of the Parks Court near the Dream Wheel and Sesame Street Learn & Play.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for standing and light movement.
• What to bring: Reservation confirmation
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are typically available onsite.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Participants will be divided into teams and compete in a series of fast-paced games similar to a live television game show.
• Games vary from session to session, meaning each visit may feature a different combination of mini-games.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
