How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The cruise runs rain or shine but may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to severe weather.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure to allow time for parking, especially during peak seasons.
  • Boarding: Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure directly at the Spirit of Harbour Town on the pier.
• Parking:
  • Parking is limited in Harbour Town. Recommended lots include two large parking areas on Lighthouse Road and an overflow gravel parking lot.
  • A $9.00 daily pass (cash only) is required for entry into the Sea Pines Resort.
  • During Memorial Day through Labor Day, free trolley transportation is available from the Sea Pines Trolley Lot to Harbour Town.

  • Closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety and comfort.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
