What happens after I order a Go Play Golf gift card?

After you place an order, you will receive an email containing your Giftory voucher for this product. Prior to redemption, all Giftory vouchers are fully exchangeable. Assuming the gift of golf is what your gift recipient is looking for, they'll simply redeem their Giftory voucher through the Giftory website and be issued a Go Play Golf gift card which they can apply towards their choice of golf experiences or merchandise.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Many golf courses welcome players of all ages, as long as they can safely and responsibly navigate the course. Some courses may require junior golfers to be accompanied by an adult or may have specific tee times reserved for younger players. It is recommended to reach out to your golf course of interest to inquire about specific age restrictions. Merchandise is available in junior and adult sizes only.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

What’s included: A Go Play Golf Gift Card redeemable at over 5,000 courses nationwide. Gift cards may be used towards tee times, merchandise, lessons, and golf vacations, as well as be converted into TopGolf gift cards. Gift cards are valid at participating Go Play Golf partners only.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: If you choose to use your gift card for an outdoor lesson or tee time, please contact the golf course directly regarding weather concerns.
What to wear: Some golf courses have specific dress codes. It is recommended to check with the course directly to ensure you're dressed appropriately.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Go Play Golf Gift Cards must be redeemed through goplaygolf.com. They are not accepted in person at participating partner locations.
To purchase merchandise, Go Play Golf Gift Cards can only be used online at Worldwide Golf Shops and are not redeemable in any of their physical store locations.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the Go Play Golf gift card is issued.
