If you're staying near Times Square, this walking tour is the perfect way to explore the area before it becomes overcrowded with tourists. Led by a knowledgeable guide, you'll get an insider's look at some of the most famous landmarks in the city, including Broadway theaters, the NY Public Library, Bryant Park, and the site of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop.

But this isn't your average walking tour - we'll be moving at a brisk pace so that we can take in all the sights we want to include. And be sure to dress comfortably for the weather, as we'll be walking rain or shine. We start each tour promptly and there are no refunds for latecomers or no-shows. Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: All age groups are welcome.
• Physical limitations: All participants need to be comfortable walking at a “New Yorker” pace for around an hour. Note that stops will be made along the way.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 1 hour
• What’s included: A guided walking tour that explores the sights and history of Broadway Theaters, the NY Public Library, Bryant Park, and more.
• Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (up to 15 people).
• Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running. If conditions are not to your liking, you can reschedule to another run that has space available. In the event of dangerous weather (thunderstorms with lightning, extreme heat or cold, etc.) the provider will cancel the tour and reschedule you.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance.
• Parking: It is strongly suggested not to drive to the meeting location, as parking is extremely difficult to find on the streets of NYC, and parking lots in midtown are extremely expensive. The best options to reach the meeting spots on time are either taxi, bus, or subway. All of the meeting spots are easily accessible by mass transit.
• What to wear: Athletic clothing and good walking shoes
• What to bring: A water bottle
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There is no bag storage, so come dressed and ready to move! However, the guides wear backpacks and have room to carry small items like keys and phones — just ask during check-in.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
