  • Professional crew to guide and assist.

  • Gratuities for crew (20% suggested).
  • Who will be present: A licensed captain and crew will operate the boat and guide participants. Groups of multiple guests may share the same boat.
  • Spectators: Only ticketed guests may board the boat.
  • Photo/ video: Professional photo and video packages are available for purchase; personal photos are also encouraged.
  • Specific rules to follow: Guests must comply with crew instructions for safety. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals.
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Tours are weather dependent. Reservations may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.
  • Arrival: Arrive at least 25 minutes before the scheduled trip time for check-in. The boat departs on time and cannot wait for late guests.
  • Parking: Parking is available at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina or across the street in the city lot. Look for the large red, white, and blue Sea Rocket boat docked at A-Dock by Marina Village.
  • What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothing suitable for a boat ride. Swimwear recommended if you want to get dipped in the water.
  • What to bring:
  • Towel.
  • Sunglasses.
  • Cash or credit card for tips or photo/video purchases.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina before departure.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds or reschedulings are allowed once the experience is booked.
