• Age: Minimum age is 5 years old. Ages 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Health limitations: Not recommended for individuals with medical conditions aggravated by high-adrenaline activities.
• Physical limitations: Participants must be able to board the boat and follow crew instructions.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome; no prior parasailing or boating experience required.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Tours are weather dependent. Trips may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 25 minutes before departure to allow for check-in and waivers. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• Parking: Parking available at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina or in the city lot across the street. Look for red, white, and blue Sea Rocket boats, A-frames, and flags at A-Dock and C-Dock by Marina Village.
• What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothing; swimwear recommended for parasailing.
• What to bring:

  • Cash or credit card for gratuities or photo/video purchases.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina before departure.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
