  • Specific rules to follow: Seats are first come, first serve within designated seating zones. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Cruise may be rescheduled if ocean conditions are too rough; in this case, intracoastal or New River sightseeing may be substituted.
  • Arrival: Arrive at least 25 minutes prior to departure. The boat will not wait for late arrivals.
  • Parking: Parking available at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina (C-Dock, south side of resort near Marina Village). Look for red, white, and blue Sea Rocket boat, A-frames, and flags.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for a boat ride; swimwear optional.
  • What to bring:
  • Towel and sunglasses.
  • Cash or credit card for drinks, gratuities, or photo purchases.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available before boarding.

  • All guests must sign a waiver before departure (no exceptions).
  • Seats are first come, first serve within zones.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.
