  • Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours total, which includes a 75-minute sunset/intracoastal cruise and a 1.5-hour parasailing adventure, with 10–12 minutes of flight time per group.

  • Spectators: Only ticketed participants may board.
  • Photo/ video: Crew photo and video packages available; personal photos encouraged.
  • Specific rules to follow: Everyone must complete a waiver before departure. Guests must arrive on time; late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: Tours are weather dependent. Trips may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe.
  • Arrival: Arrive at least 25 minutes before departure to allow for check-in and waivers. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
  • Parking: Parking available at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina or in the city lot across the street. Look for red, white, and blue Sea Rocket boats, A-frames, and flags at A-Dock and C-Dock by Marina Village.
  • What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothing; swimwear recommended for parasailing.
  • What to bring:
  • Towel and sunglasses.
  • Cash or credit card for gratuities or photo/video purchases.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available at Bahia Mar Resort & Marina before departure.
    Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
  • Seating on the boat is first come, first serve within designated zones.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.
