Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  Infants under the age of 1-years old are free all year round.
• Individuals with disabilities: The facility is wheelchair accessible and provides accessible restrooms and elevators.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed. Only certified service animals are permitted.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2 hours total for spa treatments + however long you choose to use the facilities
  • 45 minutes for the De-Stress Massage, 45 minutes for the De-Stress Wrap, and 30 minutes for the Hydro Hot Tub
• What’s included:
  • Admission to Spa Castle Queens
  • A 45-minute personalized De-Stress Massage targeting tension areas
  • A 45-minute detoxifying body wrap with a sugar scrub
  • A 30-minute private aromatic hydrotherapy soak
  • Towels, robes, & slippers are provided; a towel and robe deposit may be required and refunded upon return
• Who will be present: Licensed massage and spa technicians will perform the treatments. Guests share the spa with other visitors but private treatment rooms are provided for each session.

• Photo/ video: Photography is not allowed in spa or treatment areas.
