Any restrictions to participate?

Age: All ages are welcome as long as they meet the height requirements.
Height: Participants must be at least 60" tall to operate e-bikes.
Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with mobility restrictions that prevent riding a bike.
Physical limitations: Must be able to ride a bicycle.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children under 12 years but at least 48" tall can ride as a passenger without a ticket.
Pets: Pets are not allowed for safety reasons.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Approximately 2 hours.
What’s included: Guided tour, helmet, bottled water, rider training, and exclusive member wristband for discounts.
Who will be present: A road captain will lead the tour.
Spectators: Not applicable as this is an active participation tour.
Photo/ video: Cameras are encouraged to capture the scenic tour.
Specific rules to follow: Closed-toe shoes required. Must arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for mandatory training. Late arrivals may forfeit their tour without refund.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour operates in light rain with ponchos provided. Severe weather may cause cancellations.
Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure time for parking and check-in.
Parking: Street parking is available; arriving early is recommended to secure a spot.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing suitable for biking and weather conditions; closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
What to bring:
- Water bottle (bottled water is provided but extra could be useful).
- Sunscreen and sunglasses if it's sunny.
- A camera or smartphone for photos.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Likely not available on the tour route, so plan accordingly.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
