Departing from downtown Wenatchee, the ride takes you past iconic landmarks such as the Rocky Reach Dam and the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia Rivers. Along the way, enjoy gentle drifts, sharp fishtail turns, and the thrilling "Hamilton Spin," where the boat completes a full 360° turn within its own length. With a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain at the helm, safety and excitement go hand in hand.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: 6+
• Health limitations: Not recommended for individuals with serious medical conditions or back issues.
• Physical limitations: Participants must be able to board and disembark the boat with minimal assistance.
  Who can you accommodate for?
• Children: Children aged 6 and above can participate. All participants, including children, must be included in the reservation count.
• Individuals with disabilities: The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted on board.
  What to expect on the day of the experience?
• Duration: Approximately 30–50 minutes.
• What’s included: All rides are guided by a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain and include life jackets, splash jackets, and required safety gear.
• Who will be present: A licensed captain will be present at all times. Depending on the booking, other guests may be joining, with a maximum of 6 passengers per ride.
• Photo/ video: Each ride includes a digital photo and video package.
• Specific rules to follow: The captain retains the authority to deny service to any individual for any reason. Should this occur, a refund will be issued, except in cases where the reservation is missed without prior notification.
  How to prepare?
• Weather dependency: Rides operate rain or shine; however, severe weather conditions may lead to cancellations.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to allow time for parking, locating the dock, and using restroom facilities.
• Parking: Parking is available near the dock; allow extra time during weekends and holidays due to increased traffic.
• What to wear: Dress in layers suitable for the weather. Waterproof or splash-resistant clothing is recommended.
• What to bring:
• Sunscreen and sunglasses.
• A change of clothes in case of splashes.
• Personal items should be secured; space is limited.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are no restrooms or changing facilities on the boat. Use facilities before arrival.
  Anything else I should know before going on this experience?
• All participants must sign a waiver prior to boarding.
• The boat is not designed for racing or extreme thrill rides; it offers a family-safe, high-fun experience.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 15 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
