What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Who will be present: A professional kayak instructor will be with you at all times during the lessons.
• Spectators: This is a private lesson, so no spectators are allowed; all participants must be registered.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The lessons are weather-dependent. Conditions may alter the schedule or content of the lessons.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to handle preliminary arrangements.
• Parking: Parking is available at the meeting location. Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
• What to wear: Weather-appropriate paddling clothing, preferably layers that can handle wet conditions.
• What to bring:
  • Personal items such as a water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, and any necessary medications.
  • A change of clothes and a towel for after the lesson.
  • Lunch and snacks for the day.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Facilities are available at the base of operations.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 30 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 30 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
