Age: Participants must be 16 years or older.
Experience level: This experience is not recommended for beginners. It is ideal for active individuals who are comfortable with both kayaking and biking.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Participants must be 16 years or older. All participants must pay to participate.
Individuals with disabilities: Due to the active nature of kayaking and e-biking, this tour may not be suitable for individuals with certain physical disabilities.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 5 hours.
What’s included: Guided tour, kayak and e-bike rental, lunch and shave ice, snorkeling gear, safety equipment, and a 15L dry bag rental.
Who will be present: You will be accompanied by experienced guides throughout the tour, both on land during the e-bike portion and on water for the kayak adventure.
Photo/video: You are encouraged to take your own photos. Capture the beautiful landscapes and marine life.
Specific rules to follow: Adhere to the guides' instructions, stay on designated paths, respect wildlife, do not disturb the bird sanctuary, and avoid stepping on coral reefs.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The experience runs rain or shine.
Arrival: Please meet at the storefront at the check-in sign 1 hour before your tour starts.
Parking: Available at the starting point of the tour; you will lock up the bikes safely at Kailua Beach Park before launching the kayaks.
What to wear: Swim suit, reef-safe sunscreen, water shoes or athletic shoes for biking and hiking.
What to bring:
- Essential: Water bottle, snacks, and any necessary personal medications.
- What’s allowed: Personal belongings which can be stored in the provided dry bag during the kayak portion.
- What’s not allowed: Alcohol is not recommended during the activity for safety reasons.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Ensure you are comfortable with both biking and kayaking, as the tour requires moderate physical exertion. Familiarize yourself with the bike locking procedure as shown in the provided video to secure the bikes at the beach properly.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
