• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 3 hours.
• What’s included: Kayak rental, life vests, seat backs, paddles, guided tour, optional snorkeling gear, nature hike, lunch, and shave ice.
• Who will be present: Experienced guides will be with you throughout the tour.
• Photo/ video: You are encouraged to bring your own camera or phone to capture your experience.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the guides' instructions, stay on designated paths, avoid disturbing wildlife, and pack out all trash.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine; however, in case of severe weather, check for updates or possible cancellations.
• Arrival: Please arrive 1 hour before your tour starts for a pre-tour briefing and equipment setup.
• Parking: Available at the storefront (134B Hamakua Dr., Kailua, HI, 96734). From there, you will transport your kayak to Kailua Beach.
• What to wear: Swimsuit, water shoes for hiking on the island, and reef-safe sunscreen.
• What to bring:
  • Recommended: Water, snacks, sun visor, sunglasses, and a dry bag (15L drybag rentals included).
  • What’s allowed: Personal items that can fit in the dry bag.
  • What’s not allowed: Leave valuables at home to avoid potential theft.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• State Wildlife Permits are required for landing on the island, which are included in your tour. Please respect the natural habitat by keeping to marked trails and avoiding stepping on the reef.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
