The rental includes all necessary equipment, such as a dry bag for personal items and safety gear, ensuring a hassle-free journey. It's an accessible activity for participants of all ages, starting from 5 years old, with clear guidelines for children's participation to ensure a safe experience for everyone. This tandem kayak rental is a simple, enjoyable way to see Mission Bay from a different perspective and create lasting memories.

Age: 5+
Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children 5-12 must ride with an adult.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed. However, all service animals are welcome aboard. They must have their ADA paperwork and/or tag visible.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1-3 Hours
What’s included:
- 2-person Tandem Kayak
- Floatation device(s) & dry bag
Who will be present: Your rental will be for a 2-person tandem kayak.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Your rental may be cancelled in the case of severely bad weather. If it is canceled, you will be notified prior to your departure time by phone and/or email by the provider directly.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: Free Parking Conveniently Located at the Dock
What to wear: Clothes that you may be ok to get wet in.
What to bring: Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle, and comfortable clothing that can get wet. Don’t forget your camera to capture the amazing wildlife moments!

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
