• Health limitations: Participants must be comfortable in the water and able to follow safety instructions. Not suitable for individuals with conditions preventing safe participation in open-ocean activities.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to paddle and sit in a kayak for 1.5 hours.
• Experience level: Beginners welcome. No prior kayaking experience required.
