• Age: 4+
• Height: 48" (122 cm) or taller to ride
• Health limitations: Not suitable for pregnant individuals, those with high blood pressure, heart, neck, or back problems, recent surgery, or conditions that may be aggravated by high speeds and intense maneuvers.
• Physical limitations: Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Waivers required for all participants.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants, children included, must pay to participate.
• Individuals with disabilities: Guests must be able to transfer into and out of the jet boat independently. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility concerns.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed on the high-speed jet boat tour.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: Tours operate depending on weather conditions. Be prepared for exposure to water and wind.
• Arrival: Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure for check-in and waiver signing.
• Parking: Limited downtown; plan accordingly and consider using public transportation.
• What to wear: Secure and water-resistant clothing and footwear; expect to get wet.
• What to bring:
  • Government-issued ID for waiver verification.
  • Straps for securing glasses or hats.
  • Waterproof cases or bags for personal items.
• Restrooms: There are no restrooms on the boat. Please plan accordingly.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
