• Age: Participants must be at least 10 years old.
• Physical limitations: Must be able to swim to participate.
• Experience level: Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced snorkelers and divers.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: Children aged 10 and up can participate. Those under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours
• What’s included: Use of the BLU3 dive system, mask, fins, weight belt. Wetsuit rentals are available for an additional fee.
• Who will be present: A skilled divemaster or dive instructor will guide you through the experience.
• Photo/video: Participants are encouraged to bring waterproof cameras to capture their underwater experience.
• Specific rules to follow: Participants must watch a safety video and sign a waiver before participating.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The activity is weather-dependent. Please check conditions and confirm with the operator before arrival.
• Arrival: Arrive at Gold Coast Scuba at the scheduled time to prepare and fit your gear.
• Parking: Available at the location. Details are provided upon booking.
• What to wear: Swimwear and comfortable, flat-soled shoes recommended. Bring a change of clothes.
• What to bring:
  • Water bottle (no plastic bottles allowed, bring a reusable one)
  • Sunscreen and hat for protection before and after diving
  • Personal items like sunglasses, a camera, etc., should be stored in a waterproof bag.
• Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Facilities are available at Gold Coast Scuba for changing and storing belongings.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• Flying after diving: Ensure there is an 18-24 hour gap between your last dive and any upcoming flights to avoid decompression sickness.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
