This self-guided kayak tour allows for a personal journey through calm waters, giving you the chance to paddle past wildlife reserves, under bridges, and along the scenic shoreline. The experience is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all skill levels, starting from age 5, with each rental including necessary equipment like a dry bag, a USCG-approved PFD, and a paddle.

Available for durations of 1-3 hours, the rental provides flexibility to tailor your time on the water to your interests. Whether you're looking for a quick escape or an extended exploration, this opportunity allows for an immersive experience in one of Southern California’s prime bays. Keep in mind the need to return the kayak by 5pm to avoid additional fees. Ideal for individuals seeking a blend of adventure and solitude, this kayak rental puts you in the driver's seat of your outdoor experience.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Children 5-12 must ride with an adult.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed. However, all service animals are welcome aboard. They must have their ADA paperwork and/or tag visible.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 1-3 Hours

Who will be present: Your rental will be for a 1-person (single) kayak.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: Your rental may be cancelled in the case of severely bad weather. If it is canceled, you will be notified prior to your departure time by phone and/or email by the provider directly.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Parking: Free Parking Conveniently Located at the Dock
What to wear: Clothes that you may be ok to get wet in.
What to bring: Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle, and comfortable clothing that can get wet. Don’t forget your camera to capture the amazing wildlife moments!

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
