• Pets: While this class is all about creating treats for dogs, they’ll need to stay home for safety reasons. With hot equipment and shared workspaces, it’s important to keep both people and pets out of harm’s way.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: 2 hours

• Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (from 12 to 26 people).
• Spectators: Everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
• Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

• Parking: You can park at the experience location
• What to wear: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.
• What to bring: No outside drinks are allowed, venue will have drinks available for purchase.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms at the experience location

• Groups of 2 may be paired with another couple to share a station

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
