Whether you're stepping onto a board for the very first time or you're on a quest to level up your surf skills, our experienced instructors are here to be your wave-whispering guides. Oh, and let's talk about Redondo and Torrance Beaches – these spots are like a calm oasis amidst the wave-chasing chaos. Unlike some of the busier surf spots around, these beaches offer a chill and relaxed vibe, perfect for those who prefer a serene surf session. And the views? Well, they're out of this world, especially with the incredible Palos Verdes Cliffs as a backdrop. So whether you're chasing the perfect wave or simply want to unwind on your board, Redondo and Torrance Beaches have got the good vibes you're looking for.

Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: Must be 12 years old or older
  • Weight: 90 lbs. minimum
  • Height: Must be at least 59”
  • Group Lessons are suitable for students of beginner-intermediate levels

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included
  • Pets: This experience is not pet friendly

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2 hours
  • What’s included:
    • Lesson
    • Surfboard
    • Wetsuit
  • Who will be present: You will have a teacher and a group of up to 4 people with you
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
  • Parking: Parking available in the area
  • What to wear: Swimwear
  • What to bring:
    • Water bottle
    • Sunscreen
    • Towel
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Bathrooms available in the area

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
