Each flight lasts between 8 to 17 minutes, depending on weather conditions, and the total excursion duration varies with the number of guests onboard.

Any restrictions to participate?

• Age: Ages 5+
• Weight: The minimum combined weight is 130 lbs, and the maximum combined weight is about 450-550 lbs. Weight requirements change daily due to wind conditions and are subject to the Captain’s approval.
• Physical limitations: Passengers with injuries requiring assistance from others or special equipment cannot be boarded for safety reasons.
• Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

• Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
• Individuals with disabilities: The boats, unfortunately, do not accommodate wheelchairs or mobility assistance devices due to various levels with ramps, steps, and thresholds.
• Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: Each flight lasts 8-17 minutes, depending on weather conditions. The total duration of the excursion depends on the number of guests on board (approximately 1 hour).
• What’s included: A parasail flight with 1,000 ft of line, offering the highest and longest flight option. 
• Who will be present: You will have a Captain with you at all times. Public cruises can accommodate up to 12 passengers (max per USCG).
• Photo/ video: You may take your own photos, and there will also be a professional photographer onsite; you can buy photos from them.
• Specific rules to follow: Follow the Captain’s instructions, no smoking or vaping onboard.

How to prepare?

• Weather dependency: The safety of our guests and crew is of utmost importance. Should we need to cancel a trip due to adverse weather or sea conditions, all booked guests will be promptly notified via their provided contact information. If a trip is cancelled due to weather/sea conditions, guests will have the choice to reschedule, subject to availability. If that doesn't work for your group, you will receive a full refund.
• Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes in advance.
• Parking: Limited paid parking is available on Stearns Wharf. Additional paid public parking lots are along the waterfront. Due to potential challenges in finding parking, especially on weekends, holidays, and during the summer months, we recommend allowing 30-45 minutes for parking.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet.
• What to bring:
  • Recommendations: Bring a towel and a change of clothes.
  • Allowed: Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, phones and cameras.
  • Not allowed: Alcohol, coolers, smoking or vaping devices, and illegal drugs.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

• While our parasailing experience involves take-off and landing from our boat, there is a slight chance of touching or landing in the water. Secure all valuables safely on the boat before your flight. Keep your hands free of belongings, hold onto railings, listen to the crew, watch your step, never sit on railings, always hold the hands of children, and wait for the crew's instructions during boarding and disembarking.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
