What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: Two full days, typically from 8am on the first day to between 1:00 and 3:00pm on the second day.
What’s included: Kayak rental, safety gear, professional guide services, transportation to the launch site, all meals (breakfast and dinner), and tent accommodations. Sleeping bags and pads available for rent.
Who will be present: Guided by professionally trained biologist/naturalist guides to ensure a safe and educational experience.
Spectators: No spectators allowed; all attendees must be registered participants.
Photo/video: Participants are encouraged to bring cameras to capture the scenic beauty and wildlife. Waterproof protection for equipment is recommended.
Specific rules to follow: Smoking is prohibited during the tour; participants must follow all safety instructions and respect wildlife guidelines.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: The tour operates rain or shine, with itinerary adjustments for severe weather.
Arrival: Participants should arrive at the designated meeting point by 8am for check-in.
Parking: No parking available at the meeting point; use nearby public parking facilities. Ensure vehicles are parked legally and consider time for walking to the meeting point.
What to wear: Durable, weather-appropriate clothing for paddling and camping. Water shoes or sturdy sandals, layers for warmth, and a rain jacket.
What to bring:
- Water bottle, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses for sun protection.
- Personal items packed in waterproof bags (dry bags recommended).
- Lunch for each day, prepared without the need for cooking.
Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Facilities will be limited to natural and portable options at camp sites; no locker facilities available.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 30 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 30 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
