What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 2 hours.
  • What’s included: All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
  • Who will be present: You will work around other students in groups of 2 to 4. Minimum 12 guests, maximum 20 guests will be present.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience

  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance

  • Parking: Street parking available. Please arrive early if you plan to drive and park.

  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms at the experience location.

  • Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

    • The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. 
    • BYOB is welcome-Beer, Wine or Champagne.

In this engaging class, you'll dive into the art of crafting gnocchi and crafting two delectable sauces from scratch. Uncover the cultural history of gnocchi-making, learn to handcraft dough from fresh potatoes, shape the dumplings, and then master the creation of Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Parmesan, alongside Gnocchi alla Romana with Blistered Tomato and Braised Greens. These flavors will effortlessly transport you to the scenic landscapes of Northern Italy, unveiling the secrets behind these airy delights while creating a dish perfect for replicating at home.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee. A minimum of 8 participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, the provider reserves the right to cancel the class and will make every effort to reschedule customers.
